Our priority is the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew, both in the air and on the ground. We take any incidents of disruptive, aggressive, or abusive behaviour very seriously to ensure everyone can travel in a safe, respectful environment.
Aggressive or abusive behaviour – Zero Tolerance Policy
Skybus has adopted a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding aggressive or abusive behaviour towards its employees.
Aggressive or abusive behaviour includes:
- Personal verbal abuse.
- Derogatory remarks and rudeness.
- Inflammatory statements.
- Remarks of a racial or discriminatory nature.
- Unsubstantiated allegations.
- Passengers are required to be patient and polite with our employees and to follow all procedures and instructions provided.
Any breaches of this policy may result in travel being denied and the incident being reported to the police.
