Sorry your journey with us wasn’t perfect. If you had any unexpected expenses along the way, please use this straightforward claim form so we can put things right as soon as possible.
Take a moment to fill in this form with as much detail as you can. If you have any supporting documents such as boarding passes, receipts, or photos, please attach them so we can review your claim as quickly as possible.
To help us process your claim, please provide:
- the PIR form
- photos showing the damage
- a receipt or proof of the cost to replace the item with a like-for-like equivalent
Please note: Damaged baggage claims without a PIR received from your airport of arrival will not be assessed.
